Sessions may take place outdoors, inside the client’s home or workspace, inside a rented studio, or at another approved location.

Studio rentals, venue charges, permits, parking and other location-related expenses are separate unless specifically included within the selected package or contract. Travel outside Metro Atlanta may also require an additional fee.

The forecast for outdoor sessions will be monitored as the production date approaches.

If weather conditions make the session unsafe or prevent the planned work from being completed, rescheduling will be handled according to the signed contract.

Cloud cover or light rain does not automatically require rescheduling. The decision will depend on the location, equipment, planned imagery, and overall production needs.

Wardrobe guidance is provided during the planning process based on the selected package, location, and intended use of the final work.

Clothing should support the planned concepts and arrive clean, pressed, and ready to photograph or film. Multiple looks must remain within the number included in the selected package.

For film production, small repetitive patterns, noisy jewelry, or distracting logos may be discouraged unless they are intentionally part of the concept.

Packages that include client-selected photography receive a private proofing gallery after the session.

Proofing images are used to select the photographs included within the package. They are not completed final images and should not be downloaded, posted, or shared.

After selections are submitted, the chosen photographs receive the level of correction or retouching included within the package.

Portraits, engagement sessions, headshots, Artist Intimate Storyline sessions, and Content Packages use proofing galleries when stated within the package. Wedding-day and event galleries are curated by the photographer.

Quality correction is applied to every delivered final photograph. It includes adjustments to exposure, color, white balance, cropping, and overall image consistency.

Premium retouching is a more detailed process reserved for selected images included within the package. It may include detailed skin work, stray-hair removal, wardrobe and accessory cleanup, background cleanup, and other localized enhancements.

Additional premium-retouched images may be purchased when available.

A completed vertical reel is fully edited, color-corrected, and delivered ready to post on vertical social-media platforms.

A content footage reel is a raw-style compilation containing a varied mixture of selected footage. It is captured and delivered at 60 frames per second so the client can slow down and repurpose sections while creating their own social-media content.

Content footage reels do not include every clip recorded during production.

Each completed reel or film includes one revision unless the selected package or contract states otherwise.

A revision may include reasonable changes to the existing edit. A new concept, reshoot, additional version, extended runtime, or work outside the original production scope may require an additional fee.

Revision requests should be submitted together as one clear and complete list.

Completed photographs and films are delivered through a private online gallery or another private digital delivery method appropriate for the project.

Photography galleries include high-resolution downloadable files. Film deliverables are provided as downloadable completed video files.

The exact turnaround time is based on the selected service and is stated within the contract. Larger weddings, films, albums, and projects requiring extensive retouching may require longer production timelines.
