A set is not reserved until the signed contract and 50% nonrefundable retainer have been received.
Proofing galleries are provided for final-image selection. Proofing images are not completed photographs and may not be downloaded, posted, or shared.
Completed quality-corrected images are delivered through a private downloadable online gallery.
Clients should arrive 20 minutes before the scheduled start time. Late arrival reduces the available photography time and does not extend the venue reservation.
Weather-related changes and rescheduling are handled according to the signed contract.
